Delivery Fees

We offer free local delivery on purchases over £200+VAT.

Other local deliveries will be charged at: Less than £200 - Delivery fee of £20+VAT | Less than £50 - Delivery fee of £50+VAT.

If the delivery address is outside our parameters, the site will not allow the order to be placed, please feel free to contact us to see if we can arrange delivery. Alternatively you will be able to collect your items.

Delivery Terms

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly and that road access is sufficient for a large lorry. Overhanging obstructions may impact delivery such as overhead cables and trees. Delivery will be made to the nearest hard public highway and the goods crane off-loaded where practical. Private property will only be entered at the customer’s risk and at our driver’s discretion.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of most products (not postmix) in perfect, resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged and the goods returned to us at the customer’s expense.

Sale of Concrete Paving Slabs

We do not sell paving slabs on the website as we would like to speak to customer's to ensure the right quantities are provided. If you would like to purchase slabs, please call us at 01202 821895 or email info@lewisconcrete.net.
